Payment methods

  • โอนเงินผ่านธนาคาร / Bank transfer

  • บัตรเครดิต / เดบิต (Visa, MasterCard) / Credit card or Debit card (Visa, MasterCard)

  • เงินสด ณ วันเช็คอิน (กรณีพิเศษ) / Cash payment upon check-in (only when specified)

• เงื่อนไขการชำระเงิน (Payment Terms)

  • การจองจะสมบูรณ์เมื่อได้รับการชำระเงินตามเงื่อนไขที่กำหนด / A reservation is confirmed only after payment has been received according to the stated terms.

  • ผู้เข้าพักอาจต้องชำระเงินมัดจำหรือชำระเต็มจำนวนล่วงหน้า ขึ้นอยู่กับช่วงเวลาและประเภทการจอง / A deposit or full prepayment may be required depending on the booking period and reservation type.

  • กรุณาชำระเงินภายในระยะเวลาที่ที่พักแจ้ง เพื่อยืนยันการจอง / Please complete the payment within the time specified by the property to secure your booking.

• นโยบายการยกเลิกและการคืนเงิน (Cancellation & Refund Policy)

  • เงื่อนไขการยกเลิกและการคืนเงินจะแตกต่างกันไปตามประเภทการจองและช่วงเวลาเข้าพัก / Cancellation and refund policies vary depending on the reservation type and stay period.

  • การไม่มาเข้าพัก (No-show) ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ไม่คืนเงิน / In case of no-show, the payment is non-refundable.

  • กรณีเปลี่ยนแปลงวันเข้าพัก กรุณาติดต่อที่พักล่วงหน้า / For date changes, please contact the property in advance.

• ราคาห้องพักและค่าใช้จ่ายเพิ่มเติม (Rates & Additional Charges)

  • ราคาห้องพักที่แสดงอาจรวมหรือไม่รวมอาหารเช้า กรุณาตรวจสอบรายละเอียดก่อนทำการจอง / Room rates may be inclusive or exclusive of breakfast. Please check the booking details carefully.

  • ค่าใช้จ่ายเพิ่มเติม เช่น อาหารเช้าเสริม หรือบริการอื่น ๆ จะคิดตามที่ระบุไว้ / Additional charges such as extra breakfast or other services will be charged as specified.

• หลักฐานการชำระเงิน (Proof of Payment)

  • กรุณาส่งหลักฐานการชำระเงิน พร้อมระบุชื่อผู้จองและวันที่เข้าพัก / Please send your proof of payment with the guest name and check-in date.

  • ที่พักจะยืนยันการรับเงินหลังตรวจสอบเรียบร้อย / The property will confirm the payment after verification.

• หมายเหตุ (Important Notes)

  • การชำระเงินถือว่าผู้เข้าพักยอมรับเงื่อนไขทั้งหมดของที่พัก / Payment is considered acceptance of all property terms and conditions.

  • ที่พักขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการเปลี่ยนแปลงเงื่อนไขโดยไม่ต้องแจ้งล่วงหน้า / The property reserves the right to change policies without prior notice.
